Nucleus Research, società di consulenza specializzata nello studio del ROI nel settore IT e services advisory, ha rilasciato uno studio indipendente sulle soluzioni basate su Microsoft Business Solution. Lo studio ha rilevato che più del 67 per cento di clienti Microsoft Navision studiati aveva ottenuto un ROI positivo con un periodo di recupero medio di 34 mesi. Inoltre, il 64 per cento dei clienti ha completato il progetto in tempo e il 58 per cento ha completato l'implementazione rimanendo sotto al budget assegnato.

- Microsoft Navision customers chose Navision over competing solutions because of its greater ease of use, integration with other Microsoft technologies, and relatively low deployment time and costs -- as well as their relationship with Microsoft or a Microsoft Business Solutions partner.
- 88 percent of customers were able to increase productivity, reduce headcount, or avoid additional hires as a result of their Navision deployment.
- 67 percent reported improved availability and visibility into information.
- 30 percent of Microsoft Navision customers improved sales efficiency or customer satisfaction.
"Many companies in the Navision study found they were able to standardize processes, increase visibility, and operate with the efficiency of much larger competitors -- with a relatively cost-effective and rapid-to-deploy solution," said Rebecca Wettemann, Vice President of Research at Nucleus Research. "A structured look at costs and both direct and indirect benefits helps potential users better understand best practices for maximizing ROI from an ERP solution such as Navision."
